1. Information we process

Depending on how you use URGE, we may process wallet addresses, public blockchain activity, authentication information, device and network metadata, application logs, preferences and communications you choose to send us.

2. Public blockchain data

Blockchain transactions are generally public. Wallet addresses and activity recorded on public blockchains may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to provide and secure URGE, prevent abuse, improve product performance, troubleshoot issues, understand usage and comply with legal obligations.

If you turn on email updates in your account, URGE uses the email address from your account (your Google or Apple sign-in) to send a short series of onboarding and product emails through our email provider, Resend. This is optional and never on by default. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn updates off in your account at any time. URGE keeps a record of when you opted in or out. Unsubscribing removes your address from the mailing list; addresses that bounce or report spam are kept only as a one-way hash so they are never emailed again. Email links carry campaign tags so URGE can count visits from its emails in aggregate; your email address and account ID are not sent to Google.

4. Service providers

URGE relies on infrastructure, authentication, blockchain, hosting, monitoring and other service providers. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

5. Local storage and preferences

URGE may store settings such as language, theme and application preferences on your device to provide a consistent experience.

6. Analytics and cookies

Where your consent is required, URGE asks before analytics runs. With analytics on, URGE uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, the link or campaign that brought you, approximate location and device type as determined by Google, and whether you signed up, signed in, viewed a token, added one to your watchlist, completed a trade or launched a token. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to recognise a returning browser.

URGE does not send Google your wallet address, email address, account ID, trade amounts, holdings or transaction signatures, and Google signals and advertising features are off. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked first; elsewhere analytics is on by default and respects Global Privacy Control. You can accept or decline at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. Declining stops analytics and removes its cookies.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This policy may be updated as URGE evolves. The date above indicates the latest published revision.
