1. Using URGE

URGE provides software interfaces for discovering, launching and interacting with digital assets and blockchain protocols. You are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

2. Non-custodial service

URGE does not take custody of your private keys or digital assets. Transactions are initiated and approved through wallets you control.

3. Digital asset risks

Digital assets can be extremely volatile, illiquid or lose all value. You are solely responsible for evaluating tokens, creators, transactions and protocols before interacting with them.

4. No investment advice

Market data, rankings, discovery results, attention signals, wallet intelligence and other information displayed by URGE are provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and do not guarantee future performance.

5. Third-party protocols

URGE may interact with independent blockchains, wallets, decentralized exchanges, liquidity venues, data providers and other third-party services. URGE does not control those systems and is not responsible for their availability, security or performance.

6. Token creators

Tokens and token creators are independent from URGE unless expressly stated otherwise. Listing, discovery or availability through URGE does not constitute endorsement of a token or creator.

7. Prohibited activity

You may not use URGE for unlawful activity, fraud, market manipulation, abuse of the service, interference with other users or attempts to compromise URGE or connected systems.

8. Transactions and fees

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network fees, protocol fees, trading fees and other costs may apply. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval.

9. Availability

URGE may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Blockchain congestion, protocol failures, third-party outages or other events may affect availability.

10. Disclaimer

URGE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Use of URGE and digital assets is at your own risk.
